Farm Manager

Large farm near Ladysmith, Kzn requires a farm manager to oversee operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the farm including livestock, crops, and staff.

This role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth running of the farm and implementing strategies to optimize productivity and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the farm
• Supervise and coordinate farm activities- Cropping, cattle management
• Implement farming plans and strategies
• Monitor and maintain farm equipment
• Manage and oversee farm staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Must have good cropping skills and ability to plant and combine.
