We're Hiring : Senior Business & Warehouse Manager – Furniture IndustryLocation : Cape Town, South AfricaSalary : ZAR 25, basic + Attractive Commission – Authentic Malawian Cane FurnitureAre you an experienced warehouse and operations professional with a passion for business leadership and high-end , South Africa's premier destination for beautiful, handcrafted Malawian cane furniture.We're looking for aSenior Business & Warehouse Managerto oversee our warehousing operations, procurement, order processing, and stock management – while playing a key role in the growth of our local and international business.Key Responsibilities : Warehouse & Staff ManagementOversee day-to-day warehouse operationsManage and lead warehouse team to ensure efficiency and accuracyImplement and maintain inventory control systemsBusiness & Procurement OperationsManage end-to-end procurement process from suppliersEnsure timely stock replenishment and quality controlMaintain strong supplier relationshipsPayments & ReconciliationOversee business payment processesPerform and review payment reconciliationsCollaborate with finance team on reporting and accuracyShopfront & Stock ManagementSupervise shopfront inventory levelsCoordinate retail orders and maintain stock accuracyManage showroom presentation and customer flowAvailable to work in our showroom in Diep River once a week.Manage incoming phone calls, emails and online queries and leads.Order Fulfilment – Local & InternationalProcess customer orders, ensuring timely deliveryCoordinate logistics for local and international shipmentsEnsure excellent customer service throughout the delivery cycleRequirements : 5+ years in a similar warehouse / business operations leadership role Experience with furniture or retail stock handling preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in business systems, stock control, and payment recon Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset Must be organized, reliable, and customer-focused Ability to manage international logistics is a plusWhat We Offer : Competitive basic salary : ZAR 25, / month Generouscommission and performance bonuses, often between R10,-R15, Dynamic, growing company with passionate team Opportunity to shape and scale a thriving furniture brandApply NowIf you're ready to take the lead and grow with us, email your CV and a brief motivation letter
