Key Responsibilities :
Manage and lead the truck parts sales team to achieve sales targets and profitability goalsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key fleet, workshop, and trade customersMonitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and supplier relationshipsImplement effective sales strategies and promotional campaignsEnsure excellent customer service and aftersales supportCollaborate closely with the workshop and service departments to align parts availability with operational needsRequirements :
Minimum 5 years’ experience in truck parts sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory roleStrong technical knowledge of commercial vehicle components and OEM partsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to analyse sales data and manage budgets effectivelyValid driver’s licenseSales / Retail / Business Development jobs
