Join a team of leading luxury travel advisors as they unveil the wonders of Africa to the world. We're seeking a Sales Consultant to join our client's team and play a key role in shaping unforgettable travel experiences for their clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

About the role :

As the Spanish Travel Consultant, you will shape our client's travel offerings by understanding clients' needs and suggesting suitable travel itineraries. You will organise travel from start to finish, impacting our client's competitiveness and the quality of travel experiences provided.

Requirements

• Fluent in speaking and writing in the Spanish language;
• A National Senior Certificate / Matric;
• 2-3 years experience within the tour operator environment;
• The ability to craft tailor-made experiences based on the clients' needs and specific requirements from the Spanish market;
• Destination knowledge in Southern Africa, East Africa, Indian Ocean islands;
• Proficient in Google Suite;
• Working experience of tour operating software (ex. Globetrack, Kaptio, Tourplan, etc.);
• The ability to influence clients;
• Great communication skills;
• Understanding of the market's trends and needs;
• High level of client-centricity.
