Job description

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Junior Technician to join our team in Kathu, Northern Cape. In this role, you will support the delivery of technical services in line with SLA requirements, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, problem solving, performing inspections, and maintaining high quality standards.

What you’ll do :

  • Deliver the services as required by SLA’s
  • Comply to all health and safety regulations on site
  • Identify opportunities to grow the businessÂ
  • Build, maintain and improve client relationships
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Adhere to quality standards
  • Office administration – Collaboration with onsite members
  • Ensure employee compliance to all company policies. - leave, claims, petrol cards,
  • SHEQ, and company asset usage and more.
  • Perform all relevant inspections

Your expertise :

  • Function related experience : 2 years
  • Other experience : Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Qualifications :

  • Matric Certificate
  • Network Related Courses
  • Other information applicable to the opportunity :

  • Permanent Position
  • Location : Kathu, Northern Cape – Tshipi Borwa
  • Travel : Weekly travel to client sites - Drivers license required
  • Physical demands : Driving a company vehicle with robs (manual vehicle). Working at heights. Overtime Standby
