Position : Digital Marketing Generalist

Working Schedule : 8a-5p PST

Holiday                         : US Holiday

Salary Range : 1400-1800 USD Monthly  (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Digital Marketing Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing and optimizing marketing strategies across various digital channels to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and support business goals.

  • Execution focused role not managerial. Requires executing advertising initiatives across digital mediums, analyzing performance, and iterating

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and relevant content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and websites.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage posts across social media platforms, monitor performance, and engage with audiences.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, including newsletters and automated workflows.
  • Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic.
  • Set up and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
  • Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Experience with Email Campaign management (implementing drip campaigns and monitoring performance)
  • Proficient in Meta Advertising (Instagram and Facebook ads). Creating, monitoring, and updating to continue to drive performance
  • Google advertising – using PPC budget to increase clicks / sales
  • General support building out social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Managing content calendar / posting schedule. Managing growth of accounts
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong communication and content creation skills.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design and multimedia editing tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Highly organized and proactive : Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, bringing structure and execution to evolving marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic and results-oriented : Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive lead generation, improve conversions, and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Excellent English communication skills : Fluent and confident in complex discussions; strong preference for candidates with proven language proficiency.
  • Preferred :

  • Can support in content creation for posts in collaboration with management team
  • Understanding of building landing pages, click funnels on these social media advertising efforts
  • Understanding of SEO and ability to tweak website / Make changes on Word Press (Elementor Digital Template)
