Job Description
Red Ember is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to join our client based in Pinetown. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the branch operations efficiently and profitably, while aligning with the company’s strategic vision, values, and goals.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and profitable performance
- Create a positive, productive work environment that fosters teamwork and high performance
- Monitor and control branch costs and drive income generation
- Maintain accurate administration and reporting
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management
- Oversee stock control, inventory, and warehouse functions
- Manage vehicle fleet in line with company vehicle policy
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate team members (Administrators, Technicians, Warehouse Assistants)
- Conduct weekly car stock takes and quarterly visits to the Nelspruit branch
- Ensure continuous adherence to company policies and operational standards
- Drive continuous staff development and performance improvement
Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)Diploma in Operations Management or similar qualificationMinimum 4 years' experience in operations or branch managementMinimum 2 years' administrative experienceRequirements
