MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

BSc degree with agronomy or horticulture essential
At least 2 years work experience on a citrus farm
Experience in training & facilitation of farmers
Computer literate
Hard working, deadline driven and diligent
Ability to work with and motivate a team
Strong management and communication skills
Proven mechanical and maintenance experience essential
Valid drivers license
