A renowned 5-star hospitality establishment is seeking an experienced Banqueting Manager to oversee and coordinate all functions, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate events. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of all banqueting and event operations
- Liaise with clients to ensure event requirements are met and expectations exceeded
- Lead and supervise the banqueting service team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Collaborate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure alignment and timing
- Monitor quality standards and uphold the luxury brand experience
- Manage stock levels, setup, staffing, and post-event breakdowns
