We like to promote from within : Here's your chance.This position reports to the Sales Regional Lead for Mr D.Your responsibilities will include : Identify and prioritise suitable partners for the Mr D platformCreate and maintain a robust sales pipelineOwn the partner sign-up processOperate as the lead point of contact for shops partnersStrengthen relationships with partners and monitor their business and store performanceEnsure timeous and effective solutions and feedback to partnersEnsure strict partner visit standards are maintainedSource promotions from partners that align with business objectivesDeliver against hub and regional advertising goalsEducate partners on available advertising tools and ensure uptake across a portfolio of partnersAttributes required : A highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approachExcellent negotiation and closing skillsExhibit the ability to self motivateExtremely competitive and relentlessA love for winningAbility to work and keep up in a fast paced environmentAccurateMust have own transport and valid drivers licenseQualifications : Experience in marketplace, ecommerce SAAS or retail salesMinimum 2 year Prior sales experienceProficiency in using CRM tools (Not essential)Prior experience in the hospitality industry (Not essential)Let's talk about life @ Mr DThe power is in your hands : We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
