Job Description

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our team in the mining industry. The HR Officer will play a vital role in managing the human resources functions and processes within the organization, ensuring that our workforce is supported and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry regulations and best practices
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including conducting interviews and background checks
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management in collaboration with the labor consultants
• Manage compensation and benefits packages for employees, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards
• Implement health and safety initiatives to promote a safe working environment for all employees
• Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance within the organization
