Front Office / Reservationist

An authentic game reserve would like to add a RECEPTIONIST / RESERVATIONIST to their teamA premier destination dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences, is seeking a Receptionist / Reservationist to be the warm and welcoming face of our establishment.

Grade 12

At least 3 years' experience working in a similar position

Should be proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook

A valid RSA ID is required

Proven track record within a luxury hotel / lodge environment

Experience with Apex / Plus Point would be an advantage

Must have strong admin skills

Should have excellent customer care skills

Must be friendly and professional with excellent communication skills

Live-in.
