Your mission will be to : Provide administrative support for the Outsourced Testing Services, including financial and logistics administration.Generate manual proforma invoices for outsourced testing based on quotations, price lists, SLAs, and tenders.Address and resolve customer invoice queries related to outsourced testing.Liaise with subcontractors to obtain quotations and create purchase orders.Process subcontractor invoices and close purchase orders according to procurement procedures.Coordinate the import and export of samples to and from South Africa.Manage courier communications and follow up on detained parcels.Handle international courier invoices for payment.Provide backup support for OMS sample registration as needed.Assist with the manual dispatch of test reports or Certificates of Analysis to customers.Support Customer Care and Sales teams with outsourced testing queries.YOUR PROFILEMinimum of a matric certificate; tertiary courses in Administration, Logistics, or Food Science are advantageous.WHY JOIN US?Contribute to an inspiring Public Health purpose supported by long-term shareholders.Impact our strategic pillars built on 50 years of experience and expertise.Be part of a community of enthusiastic and skilled individuals committed to co-building and serving a greater purpose.Enjoy a diverse and open-minded environment that values our differences.Grow within an international group of over 8, team members, with opportunities to learn and share.Ready for the journey?To apply, please click on the 'Apply now' button.
