We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our Marketing Department, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the team.
About the Role
As the Office Administrator – Marketing, you will provide essential administrative support across a wide range of functions including documentation, reporting, scheduling, communication, and systems coordination.The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and support the delivery of marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily administrative tasks to support the marketing teamMaintain and update marketing databases, documents, and filing systemsAct as the department MS365 SuperuserSchedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange travel and accommodations as neededSupport project coordination and assist with research and data collectionCompile reports, track team metrics, and monitor marketing budgetsProcess invoices, purchase orders, and department timesheetsManage internal communications and share departmental updatesTrack marketing inventory and manage stock levelsCollaborate across teams to ensure effective workflow and communicationPosition Requirements
Strong organisational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in MS Office 365 and general office softwarePrevious experience in an administrative or office coordination roleAdministrative / Management jobs
