IT Support / Business Intelligence Support AnalystMy client is seeking an IT Support / Business Intelligence Support Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for understanding systems.The ideal candidate should be able to work cross-functionally with multiple departments to identify needs and ensure BI adds practical value to operations.Purpose and ObjectivesTo provide assistance, advice, and solutions to computer problems and malfunctions by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and suggesting solutions or procedures to help users achieve business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle assistance requests and liaise with users to find optimal solutions.Troubleshoot software issues and identify root causes.Analyze software problems and propose solutions.Fix software issues and verify solutions before implementation.Document procedures and remedies for process improvement.Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of support activities.Manage new software installations or projects.Collaborate with teams to improve reporting relevance and utility.Ensure data sets and master data are aligned and relevant.Work with business and IT departments to understand system data and develop reports / dashboards.Support business partners and analysts in understanding data and report structures.Main AccountabilitiesProvide first-line support for operational software such as Syspro, Translution, and related tools.Maintain up-to-date and relevant master data.Maintain and develop reports using Power BI, QlikView / QlikSense, Excel, etc.Seek continuous process improvements, including office automation.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, regulations, and policies.Support user issues with operational software and reporting platforms.Manage support tickets for ERP and related systems.Engage with users to produce dashboards as needed.Investigate and understand ancillary software for reporting and automation.Lead projects to implement and deploy new solutions.Create and maintain documentation and version control for reports.Assist in budget management and adhere to financial guidelines.Maintain a library of reports and documentation.Promote organizational standards and values.Qualifications & ExperienceIT or Business-related degree or qualification.Experience in reporting and client report building.Knowledge of Syspro and system architecture is advantageous.Proficiency with Power BI, QlikView / QlikSense, Excel, and similar BI tools.Intermediate SQL skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Proficiency with Windows applications and relevant software.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple demands in a dynamic environment.Package & Remuneration : R - R
