Transport Admin ClerkA reputable Transporting company is seeking to employ a Transport Admin Clerk at their Durban Facilities.
The incumbent should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Track the drivers via the tracking system.Ensure all drivers do not deviate from their planned routes.The route planned on the system must correspond to the specific driver.Any deviation from the planned route must be questioned and reported.Ensure all documents are uploaded and filed.Assist the department with any other responsibilities as a team player.Desired Experience & QualificationQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE : Grade 12 Certificate.Minimum 2 years' experience in tracking platforms.Knowledge of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.Sound knowledge of routes and areas in and around KZN.Fluency in verbal and written English communication is required.Package & RemunerationR10 p / m to R11 p / m - Permanent Contract - Immediately Available
