Required Technical Competencies & Ability : Identify and engage potential customers to drive sales growth. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Provide expert advice on vehicle features and financing options. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and finalize sales contracts. Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
