Quality Manager

Position : Quality Manager

Qualifications :

B-Tech degree in Quality Management or equivalent

Minimum 5 years proven experience in a similar role within the Automotive Manufacturing industry

Strong knowledge of quality control standards, regulations, and procedures

Experience with ISO standards and other relevant quality management systems

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in quality control software and tools

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards

Oversee daily quality control operations

Support production team competence and adherence to quality requirements

Lead and mentor the quality control team, providing training and performance feedback

Investigate non-conformance and customer complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions

Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments

Conduct audits, inspections, and quality assessments to ensure compliance

Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary

Monitor product defects on a continuous basis

Coordinate with technical managers on quality and technical matters

Manage the return and assessment of quality complaints from customers

Assess product specifications of the company and its suppliers against customer requirements

Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, and evaluated; investigate product modifications if necessary

Establish quality plans within projects for new products, new plants, or changed processes

Audit the company's QMS for ISO compliance

Set QA compliance objectives and ensure targets are achieved
