You will own the entire post-sale lifecycle—from orchestrating a flawless onboarding to driving measurable adoption, owning commercial renewals and growth, and being the vital voice of the customer inside our business.Core Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role (CSM, Account Management, etc.)
