Purpose of position :

To ensure the quality and reliability of business‑critical systems by performing thorough software testing, with a focus on third‑party integrations, service provider platforms, and insurance claims processes, within a fast‑paced Agile development environment.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements and user stories to design comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across multiple systems and platforms
• Validate third‑party integrations and service provider interfaces to ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile ceremonies and sprint cycles
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools and methodologies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and automation strategies
• Support release and deployment activities, including post‑implementation verification
