RedCat Recruitment urgently seeking an experienced DEBTORS TEAM LEADER for a well-established concern, position based in Cato Ridge, KwaZulu-Natal.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Relevant qualification / s.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Pastel Accounting ESSENTIAL!

3+ yrs working experience in a similar position.

Daily releasing of sales orders.

Daily collection from Debtors and follow up on overdue amounts.

Debtors’ days / Debtors’ overdue percentage.

Cash flow forecasting.

Authorising claims for credits.

Maintain claims tracker report.

Creating new customer and amendments.

Sending credit applications for vetting.

Reporting.

Distributor and transport monthly billings.

PODs scanning / storage.

Confirming incoming foreign funds with Nedbank.

Staff management.

Audit and year end process.
