Make sure that receiving, warehousing, storing and distribution of daily products is done, and establish various detailed accounts to ensure that these accounts are all accurate.
All the accounts and products must be consistent, accurate and clear daily, and kept in good condition.
Prevent the loss, deterioration, scrapping, and loss of products due to poor storage.
All issues should be dealt with and reported timeously.
Carry out regular clearance and inventory check and prepare inventory reports.
Submit a written report for materials to be bought to the relevant department timeously, track the procurement progress.
Adhere to the principles and strictly implement various warehousing management systems.
For products entering and exiting the warehouse, it is a requirement to complete the entry and exit procedures.
Complete the documents and ensure that the documents are taken out of the warehouse and photographed for future references.
Warehouse operators must personally count the products entering and leaving the warehouse, check the model and appearance of the product, ensure that products are clean.
If there are any issues encountered during the process, deal with them timeously, and report to the department supervisor / management.
Adhere to the shipping packaging requirements to ensure that the products meet the packaging requirements and presentable when leaving the warehouse.
Strictly follow the SOPs of loading and offloading, ensure safety measurement being taken according to the safety of the employees and stock as well as safely operate of the forklift.
Report any incident immediately and provide reasonable suggestion that arise during operation.
The warehouse operator has the right to inspect the quality of purchased packaging material or consumable auxiliary materials (i.e.
pallet, box, bag, pallet wrap and packaging strapping, etc.)
and the right to reject unqualified or low-quality products from storage.
Keep the warehouse area clean and tidy, classify products in the warehouse according to specifications, store them in batches, and avoid disorderly storage.
Housekeeping of the warehouse.
Carry out daily inspections of the warehouse and keep the products in the warehouse neat.
Deal with and report problems in a timely manner.
Items will be distributed on a first-in, first-out basis and shall not be distributed arbitrarily for convenience.
Make good communication and arrangements with outsourcing logistics companies and ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Actively participate in the investigation and handling of quality incidents and archive them.
Carry out inspections of storage facilities, lighting, tools, etc., conduct regular fire safety inspections, handle and report abnormal situations in a timely manner, and ensure safety and fire prevention is done.
Make sure that logistic costs are being done accordingly.
For new business and products, make sure that packaging, sending and receiving, and warehousing services are done very well.
Complete the packing and palletizing of the products that delivered to the warehouse according to the order requirements.
Implement and promote logistics 6S.
Complete other tasks assigned by the management.
