SUMMARY :
Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Back of House Anchor to join their prestigious lodge based in the Kruger National Park. This key position supports the financial, administrative, and reception functions of the lodge, reporting directly to the General Manager.
POSITION INFO :
Responsibilities include :
- Processing supplier invoices and managing petty cash and forex float
- Tracking expenditure, assisting with budgets, and preparing monthly financial reports
- Managing reception operations including switchboard, guest communication, and admin tasks
- Maintaining revenue and occupancy records, handling daily banking, and updating internal systems
- Overseeing lodge permits, staff uniforms, IT systems, and assisting with wellness and sustainability initiatives
Requirements :
Previous experience in a similar admin / finance role in hospitalityFinancial qualification preferredProficiency in MS Word and Excel, and exposure to Property Management Systems (Springer Miller advantageous)Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to stay calm under pressureFirst aid certification or willingness to be trainedMust have a valid work visa or be a South African citizen
