Core purpose of the roleTo identify and satisfy customers' needs by conducting sales and services processes on the counter in order to exceed the customer's experience and expectations whilst ensuring the profitability of the company.Key deliverables and outputsFleet and Counter Product PlanningEnsure each reservation has an allocated vehicle taking note of customer requestsEnsure adequate resources to cover deliveries and collections for the dayEnsure all counter products are made ready for rent and provision is made for additional requests.Rental TransactionsFollow the rental process work instructions for the checkout processFollow the rental process work instructions for the check in processFollow the 6 step sales wheel on every check out to enhance the customer's experience and use of Avis Budget products and services.AdminModify rental agreements and capture rental information on Wizardto ensure the rental agreement is accurate for billing purposesBatch all documentation according to work instruction on a daily basisEnsure QCEs are completed accuratelyFollow the lost property work instructionCorrectly complete damage reports and follow the accident, damage and report work instructionPrint and action all required Wizard reports as per process in Wizard Reports Work InstructionInvestigate and report any unresolved / suspicious matters on reports to Manager / Supervisor immediatelyFile all documents.Customer Rental ExperienceFollow the Breakdown and Accidents work instructionEnsure that the customer is assisted in the event of a requested exchange, vehicle breakdown or theftConstant communication with customer during the experience and ensure that the customer is satisfied after the experienceTo provide any additional service to the customer during the rental period e.g.
