Role Purpose

Manage infrastructure services, vendors, and technical operations including servers, network, backup, and end-user support.

Qualifications

  • BSc IT or Engineering; ITIL Certified; 8+ years in infrastructure leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee NTT / BCX (any other service providers) and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Manage network, server, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Ensure ITIL-aligned service management.
  • Develop DR runbooks and technical SOPs.
  • Skills & Competencies

  • ITSM / ITIL, cloud / hybrid infrastructure.
  • Network / security / Windows Server knowledge.
