The role involves proactively analyzing data for prevention and solution of issues.Key AccountabilitiesPromote company and services through effective interaction and reporting.Manage, lead, and develop employees within their team.Evaluate training needs of operational team and clients, and arrange training accordingly.Enforce process compliance within the environment of the contractmunicate and report in line with agreed SLA & KPI's.Maintain a strong relationship with the customer through query resolution and proactive issue identification.RequirementsValid Driver's licenseGrade 12Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting3-5 years management experience in any services environment; retail or manufacturing industry is desirable.Excellent communication skills - written and verbalPassion for providing excellent client servicesHigh level of attention to detail and adherence to proceduresEffective conflict handling and resolutionEffective planning and time managementAdditional InformationThis position is based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.
