Drive Your Career Forward and lead excellence as a Dealership Workshop Service Manager!Our client, a vehicle dealership, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workshop Service Manager to oversee and manage their dealership service department.The role of the Workshop Service Manager involves team leadership, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability, ensuring the workshop delivers top-tier customer service aligned with brand standards.Your next big move starts here - Apply now!Remuneration : R 18, – R 25, plus performance-based incentives, including benefits such as Provident Fund, Medical Aid, a company vehicle, and fuel.Duties include : Leadership : Manage and lead a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff to ensure optimal performance.Customer Service : Foster strong relationships with customers, address queries, and resolve complaints for a top-tier experience.Operations Management : Plan, coordinate, and monitor workshop activities to meet productivity, efficiency, and profitability targets.Quality Control : Ensure all repairs and services meet manufacturer and dealership quality standardspliance : Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and maintain workshop equipment per legal and manufacturer guidelines.Reporting : Prepare and present operational and financial reports, including service metrics, budgets, and forecasts.Financial Acumen : Knowledge of aftersales operations, including services, maintenance, repairs, warranties, CSI, and administration such as service bookings and WIP.Inventory Management : Oversee parts and inventory control to prevent shortages or excess stock.Training and Development : Identify staff training needs and implement development programs to enhance team performance.Requirements : MatricRed Seal Motor Technician (Trade Test Certificate)Clean criminal recordMedically fitPC Literate – CMS or similar dealer management system knowledge essentialExcellent communication and relationship management skills (OEM, staff, management)Reside in Northwest Province, open to relocations at own expenseMinimum 4+ years of workshop or service management experience, preferably in a dealership settingRelevant technical or managerial qualifications; Red Seal Technician Certification advantageous.
