Salary : Market Related USD - Permanent with benefits & Commission

Purpose of Position :

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Business and Residential Sales Representative for a permanent position based in the Cayman Islands focusing in the information technology and telecommunications industry. You will be expected to generate new sales leads in order to meet your monthly sales targets. This position reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Knowledge & Experience :

ü Strong understanding of the telecommunications & information technology industry

ü Self-motivated and a natural relationship builder

ü Experience of working and delivering in a target driven environment

ü Experience in Business Management, Sales Operations or Finance

ü Police Clearance Certificate & Valid Passport

ü Medicals and Bloodwork tests to be completed prior to departure

ü Company will assist with prior arrival Work Permit, and extended Visa upon arrival

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Be responsible for generating new leads in order to meet business targets
• Develop and close profitable new business opportunities by building strong relationships with potential clients
• Devise and implement strategies for meeting sales targets
• Identify competitive and innovative ways of winning new business
• Highly numerate and analytical
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Demonstrable experience and success in a sales or business development role, ideally within the business telecoms industry
• Able to interpret and synthesize complex information and provide concise and logical recommendations
• Strong negotiation, presentation and influencing skills, with a passion for building relationships with new and potential clients.
