Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?

We're looking for a high-performing Sales Consultant to join a growing team in the insurance and warranty space.

This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in outbound sales, a background in Term Warranty / VAP, and a commitment to consistently exceeding sales targets.

Minimum Requirements :

Matric (Grade 12)

RE5 certification (required)

NQF4 in Short-term Insurance or higher (advantageous)

Must meet all regulatory requirements (e.g., DOFA, FAIS Fit & Proper)

Experience & Skills Needed :

Minimum 3 years' call centre sales experience

At least 2 years' experience in Term Warranty / VAP (essential)

Fluent in English + one other official South African language

Proven ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities :

Drive policy and term warranty sales while maintaining high compliance standards

Deliver a professional, courteous, and responsive experience to all leads and clients

Execute the sales process with accuracy, integrity, and enthusiasm

Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize lead value

Communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively across all channels
