The purpose of this position is to provide support for the Admin Department. This includes but is not limited to processing documents and capture data daily on an accounting package in an admin environment, answering calls, filing and customer liaison. To help the office run smoothly and efficiently Key Tasks : - 1. Daily processing of customer invoices. 2. Daily processing of supplier invoices. 3. Capturing and reconciliation of cash book. 4. Weekly processing of petty cash (R5000.00) 5. Monthly reconciliation of creditors. 6. Capturing of payments on Standard Bank. 7. Follow up outstanding payments from customers. 8. Check delivery books weekly. 9. Liaising with workshop manager. 10. Assist with liaising of customers. 11. Assist with following up on quotations when required. 12. Assist with following up on order numbers. 13. Assist with stock take and handle queries. Core Competencies : - 1. Pastel Partner V19 accounting. 2. Knowledge of Excel and Word. 3.
