Overview :

Management and control of the production processes in order to fulfil customer orders, in

terms of quantity, time and quality. Build and manage a process that effectively and efficiently

responds to changing customer orders, adjusting production capacities and human resources.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Grade 12, a qualification or Programme relating to Production Management be advantageous
  • 3-5 years’ working experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry
  • Production supervisory experience essential
  • Computer Literate

Job Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes and conducts activities within the department in an effective manner

    • towards achieving common objectives

  • Reporting deviations from the standard and takes appropriate measures and corrective

    • actions

  • Take action to achieve the operational objectives set out in production plans and indicators (KPIs)
  • Builds and maintains good cooperation with colleagues from other departments, supporting

    • and initiating processes of continuous improvement but also building long-term investment

    plans in their area

  • Reports results according to accepted corporate rules
  • Responsible for safe production by supervising the proper use of machinery, equipment.

    • and facility

  • Responsible for compliance with local legislation, health and safety regulations, standard

    • operating procedures and compliance with the rules of social coexistence in the area of

    production.

  • Ensures control of current production costs and taking appropriate actions towards them

  • Knowledge of requirements of IAFT 16949 management
