Senior Recruitment Consultant

Based from our offices on Blaauberg Road, Table View, this great opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant who has worked as a recruitment consultancy on a perm recruitment desk. The role will include all aspects from initial cold calling to full recruitment process, invoicing, follow up with the clients and candidates in developing long term relationships. Your proven track record of industry related targeted sales, understanding for sales required and strategic planning and targeting of clients and candidates to achieve the sales required. With Hybrid options available, candidates should be self starters and have the necessary tools for a home office. Our 25 years recruiting has included Management, Engineering, Technical, Manufacturing, Financial, Retail, Sales and diverse Administrative roles. The client base is predominantly South Africa based but we have placed many candidates internationally over the years.
