Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to obtain a Medical Certificate of Fitness
• Computer Literate
• Previous mining experience with in-depth knowledge of stopes
• Presentable with strong communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Leadership abilities with experience managing teams
• Willing to travel occasionally outside Rustenburg
