This role plays a key part in supporting overall store performance by overseeing the effective presentation of products at a company-wide level.Key responsibilities include acting as a dotted-line manager to the store manager, providing guidance and alignment with company merchandise display standards.

Coordinating the design and execution of visually appealing displays that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

Ensuring consistency in visual merchandising across all stores to maintain a cohesive brand experience.
