Company Wellness Solutions is seeking a dynamic sales professional with extensive experience in B2B and corporate sales.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the corporate wellness industry.
Must be able to work under pressure, actively seek new business opportunities, and effectively manage incoming leads.
Your existing contacts and drive are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities Manage sales efforts for the company's products and services.
Work with clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations to demonstrate value.
Own a car and laptop, with a proven sales record and contactable references.
Identify opportunities for sales improvement and develop strategic partnerships.
Assist and educate customers about the company's offerings.
Ensure project success through effective communication and participation.
Travel to see clients as required, with petrol reimbursements after a 30km radius.
Deliver presentations, attend meetings, and maintain client relationships.
Expand and develop new client relationships, negotiate pricing, and develop proposals.
Create assessment reports and host client meetings to discuss findings.
Support the launch of clients onto product offerings and sustain ongoing relationships.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet sales goals and provide feedback on marketing initiatives.
Manage administrative tasks and a portfolio of accounts.
Generate new business using existing contacts and ensure solutions are delivered timely.
Communicate progress to stakeholders and achieve sales targets.
Commission is payable based on signed SLA and invoice payment for EAP clients; other commissions are paid upon client invoice clearance.
The senior client success manager will handle larger deals and clients, supporting and training junior team members.
Qualifications & Attributes Experience in EAP, corporate wellness, or VAS sectors is preferred.
Degree or diploma in sales is advantageous.

Location & Work Environment Based in Fourways, Johannesburg, working from 8 am to 5 pm.
