About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care / Onboarding Representative who can be the reassuring voice for our clients after they’ve signed on with us. If you love building relationships, solving problems calmly, and keeping things organized, you’ll fit right in.
This is not just customer support, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients throughout their project, ensuring they feel informed, heard, and confident every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
Review sold job paperwork to ensure everything is accurate and complete
Call new customers to walk them through their project details and confirm they know you’re their go-to contact
Keep clients updated on their job status and next steps
Answer incoming calls from customer, especially if they’re upset and handle concerns with patience and professionalism
Gather all necessary information about issues and hand it off to the right team member for resolution and scheduling
Keep detailed, up-to-date records in our CRM and communication tools
