Job description

We are looking for a Customer-oriented Service Sales Representative, fluent in Afrikaans, who has a genuine interest and liking for people.

This person will act as a liaison, promote product / campaign information, and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.Key Duties and Responsibilities : Thrive on chats, inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating initiative and strong negotiation skills.Apply techniques to convert new registrations and maintain client retention.Develop relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and provide superior service to enhance their gaming experience.Work day and night shifts (6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am), with a 2 days on, 2 days off schedule, operating 24 hoursmunicate with clients via email, phone, and chat.Preferably have iGaming experience.Minimum Education and Experience : Preferably hold a tertiary qualification.Minimum of 1-3 years in a call centre environment, including night shifts.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.Proficiency in numeric, oral, and written communication (30+ wpm).Excellent relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze psychological cues.Strong negotiation skills.Key Competencies : Vibrant and passionate attitude.Proactive and self-motivated.Good team spirit.Adaptability.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work well under pressure.Desired Skills : Customer Service AgentCustomer Service PrinciplesCustomer-orientedPromotingOutbound callsClient retentionCustomer relationshipsNegotiation skillsFluent in EnglishStrong sales background
