Position : Chief Financial Officer

Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday - 8 am - 4pm CST Full-time Permanent

Pay Range : $3000 - $4000 USD / month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : South Africa LATAM or any region

The company is a growing asset management firm specializing in multifamily assets particularly in affordable housing. With 100 apartments currently under management and plans for expansion into third-party property management.

Duties and Responsibilities :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Accountant / Fractional CFO Associate to support our growing client base. Youll work directly with our CFO to manage full-cycle accounting streamline our financial processes and prepare financial insights that guide client decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment understands accounting end-to-end and is ready to grow into a senior advisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and lead the companys overall financial strategy ensuring strong budgeting forecasting and reporting frameworks that support growth and profitability.
• Partner closely with the Founder and leadership team to guide decisions on acquisitions capital planning and portfolio expansion.
• Provide strategic financial insights that drive operational efficiency and long-term value creation.
• Hands-On Accounting & Data Entry (Initial Onboarding Phase)
• Support day-to-day accounting operations including data entry reconciliations payroll payables and receivables.
• Gain familiarity with company processes client structures and reporting workflows to build a foundation for higher-level responsibilities.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions for multiple entities and properties.
