Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Time and Attendance
- Process payroll, commissions, and leave on Sage VIP
- Administer Uniclox time and attendance system
- Run monthly payroll reports and resolve payroll-related queries
- Support and manage ESS (Employee Self Service) queries
Onboarding & Offboarding
Draft employment contracts and facilitate onboarding documentationProcess terminations, including UIF, provident fund withdrawals, and final documentationEnsure proper file management and timely submission to payrollDisciplinary & Industrial Relations (IR)
Issue warnings and conduct counselling sessionsOrganise disciplinary hearings and manage external chairpersonsMaintain IR documentation and provide guidance to line managersGeneral HR Administration
Maintain up-to-date employee records (digital and physical)Submit SAF claims, IOD reports, and HR communicationsAdminister HR functions on BMW Dealernet and ensure data accuracyManagement Support
Serve as the on-site HR contact, offering advice on employee relationsEnsure dealership HR operations align with legislative and group standardsAssist with HR audits, compliance checks, and reportingMinimum Requirements :
Matric + Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field23 years experience in a generalist HR role within a motor dealership (120+ staff)Strong payroll admin background, including Sage VIP and UnicloxProficient in Microsoft Office and dealership platformsKnowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, MIBCO Main AgreementExcellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple prioritiesAdded Advantages :
