Reports to : Auto Fleet Sales ManagerRemuneration : R – R per annum, including 13 ChequePurpose Of The Job : Our Client, a well selling OEM, requires an experienced Rental Sales Administrator to join the Team.The Rental Sales Administrator is primarily responsible for assisting the Auto Fleet Sales department with the administrative and logistics requirements.This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with internal operational and administration support.Processing and dispatching of all new and existing orders.Adhering to standards as measured nationally.Duties : Booking and holding of vehicles on system for clients as per ordersFollow up on current PDI's being completed and current accessory fitmentsCo-ordinate vehicle registrations & licensingEnsuring timeous and accurate distribution of license discs and number platesControlling movement and delivery of vehiclesSupport the reduction of "vehicle off road "time by challenging methods and processesControlling movement and delivery of vehiclesPreparation of monthly reports and collating data on sales and stockRelationship building and business development (Government, Rental and Fleet)General Admin duties and admin queries, internally & externallyProvide the highest level of service to our customers regarding new orders, existing orders, PDI, fitments, final delivery, downtime & vehicle assessmentsEnsure turnaround times or based on various SLA's set out by Rental partners are promptAdhere to standards as measured nationallyMonitor and accreditation of all new and existing client depots and workshopsFacilitate Nuts and Bolts conference once per quarter per regionRequirements : MatricRelevant tertiary qualification would be an advantageAt least 3 years' experience in relevant or same role in the automotive industryWillingness to work overtime when requiredWillingness to travel if requiredValid Drivers LicenseProficient in Microsoft Office, Word and PowerPointExcel -Minimum intermediate or advanced levelAble to work without supervisionAble to take on more responsibilities than the job requiresAccurate, meticulous, detailed, precise and methodicalSound business acumen – good general business skillsThe ability to work in cross-functional teamsMotor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!
