This W&RSETA-funded learnership is designed to help young individuals gain a Recognized Qualification (National Certificate in Wholesale & Retail Operations (NQF Level 2)) while getting hands on experience at JF Paints. Learners not only gain industry knowledge but also build a professional network that could lead to future job opportunities. Exit Level Outcomes : Learners who complete this qualification will be able to-

• Understand the Wholesale & Retail Environment
• Interact professionally with customers
• Operation effectively within a chain store or wholesale setting
• Apply basic communication and mathematical skills in a retail context Requirements

• No previous work experience is required
• Unemployed
• Matric Certificate Working Hours :
• Mondays to Fridays : 07h30 to 17h00
• Theoretical Training schedule will be communicated. Documents Needed to Apply :
