The successful incumbents will be required to ensure creation of visually stunning and effective designs that communicate our brand's message and values.Qualifications, Experience & CompetenciesMinimum Qualifications : Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design / Visual communications or related fieldMinimum 3 years work experienceA strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphicsFamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Experience and Knowledge required : Minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in graphic designingKnowledge of branding Identity DesignFamiliarity with Project Management toolsSkills Required : Team work and collaborationA keen eye for aesthetics and detailsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skillsAdaptability to a dynamic environmentStrong attention to detailGood organization and planning skillsTime management and organizationContinuous LearningResponsibilities : Conceptualizing visuals based on requirementsCreating images and layouts by hand or using design softwareTesting graphics across various mediaStudy design briefs and determine requirementsSchedule projectsPrepare rough drafts and present ideasDevelop illustrations, logos and other designs using softwareUse the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphicWork with copywriters and creative director to produce final designTest graphics across various mediaAmend designs after feedbackEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandBe familiar with digital design requirements - social media, newsletters, etc.
