TFG is looking for a dynamic Textile Graphic Designer to join our Foschini Design and Manufacturing Team.

You'll get to work across four exciting brands in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

So, if you're a go-getter, with a can-do attitude who is willing to work hard & grow with our brands, we'd love to meet you!Key Responsibilities : Work closely with the designers and buyers to roll-out new trend relevant designsSubmit creative deliverables within the agreed-upon deadlines and costingsEnsuring consistency of all design collateral in line with the brands guidelinesParticipation in team brainstormsQualifications and Experience : Have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in the Fashion IndustryDiploma in Graphic & Textile DesignKeep up to date with industry related trendsEnsure you have a portfolio to submit with your applicationSkills : Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft OfficeInitiative and self-motivation importantAbility to meet strict deadlinesAbility to work well under pressureAbility to lead processes and communicate effectivelyDetail orientedStrong influencing SkillsExcellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management skillsGood judgement and problem-solving skillsBehaviours : Cultivates Innovation - creates an environment that fosters and nurtures a culture of creativity which drives successEnsures Accountability - takes accountability and ensures others are held to account on agreed upon performance targetsNimble learning - quickly adapts and acquires new knowledge, skills, and competencies in a rapidly changing environmentPlans and Aligns - develops plans and prioritises initiatives that align to the organisational goals and objectivesTech Savvy - leverages new technology to enhance productivity, improve problem solving, and support business growthPreference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
