Individuals who apply MUST have experience with a Bargaining Council Agreement.Minimum 3-4 years related experience and / or training.Must have experience running a full payroll system ie.
tax, UIF, IRP5's etcKnowledge of relevant labour laws and tax regulations.Experience with MEIBC or MiBCO or Road Freight or similarMUST have worked with a Bargaining Council AgreementGood knowledge of BCEAVIP / SAGE experience is preferredTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office products such as : VIP Premier, ESS, ERS, Excel (Advanced), formulas, Pivot tables, V lookup and OutlookOWN Transport is essentialIndividuals who apply must live on the East RandReporting to the Payroll Accountant, process salaries due from the appropriate records covering hours worked, levels of pay, absenteeism, etc.Ensure the appropriate deductions for tax, pension, medical aid, etc.

Administering employee absences and short time.
Auditing smoking times / duration and relevant escalation of non-adherence to the Smoking and T&A Policy.
