Zimbali - a large estate with 10 villas which sleep 20 people. Its classified as a boutique hotel. The maintenance and upkeep of this property is the most intensive amongst all our other properties. we need someone strong who has experience in managing estates.
- Supervising in-house projects
- Overseeing of the day-to-day tasks and operations of the home
- Managing household bills and administrative duties
- Running errands and purchasing items where required
- Ensure that Security is on site and performing their duties
- Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, maintenance teams
- Ensure the homes Pool is well maintained by maintenance
- Fireplace maintenance is done and checked regularly
- Air-con to be checked weekly ensure they are working
- All household equipment, how it is used, charged and refurnished
- Theatre System is checked, and theatre room is maintained
- Sound Systems to be checked and that it is used correctly
- Gardening services / landscaping ensure it is up to the familys standards
- Recon expenditure of the house
- Grocery shopping and stock take of products
- Scheduling home maintenance and repair work
- Responsibilities of planning, organizing and coordinating events
- Managing household calendars and schedules
- Arranging appointments, scheduling and supervising home maintenance projects
- Completing any other requested administrative tasks
- Understanding of food and beverages
- Able to understand an instruction and to action accordingly
- Able to act as a Host when and if requested
- Compile and maintain a standard operating procedure user manual for the entire Villa Estate.
- Ensure the entire estate alarm system is always activated after every shift for the day
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports to your Supervisors
- Communicate regularly on WhatsApp property groups
- Demonstrate ability to communicate well with high-profile clients and guests

- Complete lists of preparation steps for client and guest visits
- Ensure all outside furniture is maintained and in working order
- Ensure golf carts are maintained and in working order
- Set and style the interior of the property per the booklet provided
