Working remotely from South Africa and aligned to U.S. East Coast hours, this position offers a unique opportunity to engage with senior professionals, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to impactful placements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and engage financial advisors throughout the U.S. market.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-value roles.
- Conduct consultative, high-quality conversations with candidates, focusing on long-term relationship building.
- Manage end-to-end delivery processes for strategic recruitment campaigns.
- Liaise with international clients and contribute to account delivery strategies.
- Ensure all candidate interactions reflect a professional and human-centric approach.
