What you will do
- Full proficiency in English
- Overall reliability of equipments of respective process through planning, directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs through
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, promoting a high-performance culture
- Develop, plan, improve and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules through SAP.
- Conduct Root cause Analysis (RCAs)
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers and contractors for technical support
- Support and sustain WCM pillars, particularly Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement
- Work with PLC controlled systems, drives, mechanical systems (pumps, gearbox).
- Drive innovation to improve machine ergonomics for operators’ safety
- Plan of the shift team and ensure sufficient manning
- Participate in the appraisal of the technician
