Assistant Website Warehouse ManagerWelcome to Decofurn, where quality meets affordability in every piece we offer.With 12 stores across the country and an efficient online store, we're committed to providing a seamless furniture shopping experience.As the Assistant Website Warehouse Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage the accurate and efficient dispatching of all website orders.This includes managing employees in your department and handling customer service queries related to delivery.This position is on a 6-day work week.Key ResponsibilitiesManage compliance with existing warehouse processes.Ensure correct dispatch procedures are followed.Plan deliveries as needed.Maintain efficient documentation of picking slips, delivery notes, waybills, and manage relations with third-party logistics partners.Review processes and data regularly to maximize efficiency.Focus extra planning during peak periods.Align transport requirements with orders.Provide high-level customer service.Manage quality control and order accuracypare invoices to physical stock accurately.Ensure timely picking of correct orders.Maintain quality control of stock handling.Employee ManagementRecruit new staff when needed.Oversee attendance and punctuality.Handle disciplinary actions.Conduct performance reviews.Candidate ProfileGrade 12 or equivalent.Relevant diploma / degree in logistics or operations preferred.3+ years retail / logistics experience.Experience with Warehouse Management Systemsputer literacy : Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.If you're interested, join our team of passionate individuals dedicated to success.
