Purpose of the Job :

To provide professional and courteous customer service in store.

Required Qualifications :

Matric
Tertiary qualification advantageous
3- 5 years proven in store / retail experience
Stable work history

Key Responsibilities :

Establish and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Assist with customers’ needs and offer solutions to them.

Become an expert in the client’s product offerings

Serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning products

Assist with purchases

Handle cash register duties

Adhoc merchandising duties where required

Drive sales

Detail orientated

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication skills
