Our client within the FMCG industry is looking for a facilities manager in Pinetown, Durban.

- Supervising cleaning, maintenance, and security staff
- Ensuring basic facilities are well-maintained
- Advising on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Overseeing building projects and renovations
- Managing contractors and staff work
- Planning essential services and ensuring compliance with legislation
- Handling emergencies and security callouts
- Allocation and utilization of space and resources
